NDP have recently acted for a Director who was disqualified by consent for 7 years, where the Secretary of State (‘SoS’) had sought a 10 year disqualification.  NDP responded to and engaged with the SoS and achieved that reduction with the Secretary of State’s solicitors.

NDP went on to apply for and obtain permission of the Court under S17 of the CDDA 1986, for that Director to be an ongoing Director of his current trading Company, thus preserving that ongoing business and the employment of, the Director and the 12 employees.
