We’re delighted to announce that Harman Randhawa has qualified as a solicitor

Harman began his journey in the law studying for his undergraduate LLB degree at Keele University in 2019. He then moved to London to study for the BPTC – the course to qualify as a barrister – at BPP University which he completed in late 2020.

He joined NDP as a Paralegal in June 2021, which is where he began his career in Insolvency and Commercial Litigation. He then begun self-studying for the SQE (solicitors’ qualifying examination) at BPP University in late 2023 which he then completed early in 2025, leading to his qualification as a solicitor on 22 April 2025.

Harman Comments

“I had never considered insolvency law prior to joining NDP, but now that I have got a taste for it I can’t imagine doing anything else. The intricacies and complex nature of the work mean that every case is not only different but always challenging. I have been fortunate enough to work within a supportive team that has made me feel welcomed since I first joined back in 2021.”

Neil Davies, Managing Director said

“We’re delighted that Harman has passed his SQE and has now qualified as a solicitor. He has become an increasingly important member of our team since he joined us in 2021 and we look forward to his continued growth as a solicitor with us now that he is fully qualified.”
