Paralegal
After completing his undergraduate degree in Law, Harman completed his postgraduate BPTC – Bar Professional Training Course – before beginning his legal career as a Paralegal with Neil Davies & Partners in August 2021.
Having studied Company Law at both undergraduate and postgraduate level, Harman knew that he was destined for a career in insolvency. Harman has been exposed to a wide variety of insolvency law matters, including director disqualification and working in prosecuting and defending of high value Misfeasance claims against Directors.
With a keen eye for detail and investigative work, Harman has quickly become a valued member of the team, providing invaluable support to all senior solicitors. Harman will contine continue and expand his exposure to contentious insolvency matters.
Outside of work Harman enjoys watching football and basketball, with his favourite football team being Liverpool. He has an interest in reading, especially fiction, and also thoroughly enjoys going to the gym on a regular basis.
