Mandeep qualified as a Solicitor in 2000, and is an experienced litigator having worked for a number of national and regional firms.
 

Prior to qualifying as an insolvency litigator, he gained valuable experience working for a firm of Insolvency Practitioners in Birmingham, and then as an investigator with the Director Disqualification Unit at the Insolvency Service both in their London and Birmingham offices. At the Insolvency Service he was responsible for preparing and managing disqualification cases against directors of failed Companies on behalf of the Secretary of State for Business Innovation and Skills (now known as the Secretary of State for Business Energy and Industrial Strategy).

Mandeep then worked for a major regional firm from to 2004 to 2011 in Reading, where he was an Associate Solicitor in their Corporate Recovery Department. He specialised in both corporate and personal insolvency work with the view of recovering assets for the benefits of creditors. He acted mainly for Insolvency Practitioners in a range of insolvency procedures including administrations, liquidations, voluntary arrangements (both corporate and individual) and bankruptcies. He also acted for provisional liquidators of Companies accused of VAT fraud, in particular missing trader carousel fraud, and recovering many millions of pounds for HM Revenue & Customs.

Mandeep recently has worked for a number of national and regional firms, where he has enhanced his litigation skills. His focus is always to try and achieve the best results for his clients.

Away from work Mandeep, enjoys a number of sports and especially football and cricket, which he still plays despite his age!
