Tom Clinton
Solicitor
Tom completed his undergraduate degree in Law and subsequent Legal Practice Course (LPC) in 2020 and 2021 respectively. He started at NDP in May 2022 as a paralegal, and progressed quickly to become a Trainee Solicitor in November 2022, before qualifying as a solicitor in the summer of 2024.
Tom’s dedication to achieving the best results possible for clients, along with his hard working nature, has meant that he has become a trusted member of the team and is afforded great responsibility.
He recently helped a director settle a seven-figure misfeasance claim for a four-figure sum, after successfully applying to bring him back into litigation he’d missed through no fault of his own. He has worked in a wide variety of both criminal and civil Insolvency Law matters, assisting senior solicitors in providing a great service to clients.
Tom is keen to act for the clients that he represents in the most pragmatic and sensible manner, in a way that suits the client and is tailored towards their needs. Tom welcomes any challenge and will do all in his power to achieve the best results for his clients.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys both participating in and watching sports, including football, cricket, boxing, and rugby. He supports Wolverhampton Wanderers for his sins, and enjoys going out for food and drinks with friends whenever he can.
