On Friday 24 June 2022, Abdulrazag Zagroba became the first person to be successfully prosecuted for Bounce Back Loan (BBL) fraud.
This client instructed us because he was faced with bankruptcy proceedings from a creditor. The situation looked hopless to the client and his home and business were also threatened. Not only did wenegotiate away the bankruptcy proceedings, we also successfully applied to set Judgement aside and negotiated the debt down by £300,000.00.
