Abbas Mithani KC (Hon), LL.D (Hon) is one of His Majesty’s Circuit Judges and the former General Editor (and now one of the contributors) of Mithani: Directors’ Disqualification. He was also formerly an Honorary Professor of Law at Birmingham University and a Visiting Professor at Newcastle and Kingston Universities.
